Switching Learning Modes

For the remainder of the year, APS will continue to provide families the option to remain fully remote. Families can choose to switch to fully remote learning at home at any time throughout the rest of this school year.

If your child is currently in fully remote learning at home and you would like to switch your child to in-person learning at school, your child may do so after Spring Break. The deadline to notify your child’s school that you intend to switch to in-person learning after Spring Break for the final quarter is Friday, March 5. This will provide schools with enough time to plan and make any necessary staffing shifts for after Spring Break. Read more

Daily Announcements

We understand it has been hard for students to adjust to remote learning this year so we have created an opportunity for students to recover credits. Beginning this Friday, in the afternoon from 1:15-2:15, students can join a Google classroom to start recovering credits from these failed classes.

It is very important that students take advantage of this opportunity so they do not fall behind in their graduation plan. Please usher them to join the credit recovery class as of this Friday. Here are the Google Classroom codes:

Thank you for your support and please call us if you have any questions.

School transportation

High School Information -

For the 2020-21 school year, APS Transportation is using a charter bus company, ARROW LINES, to transport our eligible high school students to and from school. ARROW charter buses do not have stop arms or 4-way flashing lights. For this reason, bus stops for each school are moved to satellite locations to ensure safety while loading and unloading. Students who ride the bus must wear a mask or face covering at all times and sit one-person per seat. We will provide hand sanitizer for all bus riders to use as they enter the bus. We ask that all students adhere to these health and safety protocols. Please review your high school link to view the new stops and times.
