ACHS is excited to share our 2025–2026 Community Schools Impact data.
This year, our work shifted from focusing on the number of participants to creating project based, impact driven experiences aligned with instruction and community needs. As family needs changed throughout the year, we adjusted our efforts to support families affected by immigration related concerns.
A few data points we are proud to celebrate this year:
- Aurora Central's SPF rating increased from Priority Improvement to Improvement, just 5 points away from a Performance rating
- 66% 9th-grade on-track rate (+15 points from last year and +41 points from the 2023-2024 school year)
- 75% of students involved in activities were on track +14% compared to peers
- Students in activities had an average of 83% attendance, an 8% increase compared to peers not involved
- 92 Family Food Center appointments facilitated by Family Liaison and CS Coordinator and approximately 600 families served through food markets at ACHS
- More than $2.6 million in scholarships earned by students overall
- $30,307 in in-kind donations, $8,000 in rental assistance, and $3,000 in scholarship donations
