Board Approves Community Resolution - Immigration Memo

The APS Board of Education approved a community resolution on May 16 titled A Resolution to Reaffirm APS’ Inclusive Practices and Beliefs for All Students Regardless of Documentation Status.

In accordance with this resolution, APS is sharing the following memo that was previously shared with staff members. Responding to Requests for Access to District Property, Students or Student Records by Immigration and Customs Enforcement is posted on all school and district websites. It is available in our top 12 languages:
