Principal's Newsletter for April 2025: PSAT and SAT Testing and Summer School Info

At Aurora Central High School and Charles Burrell High School, we believe in
breaking down barriers for our students and providing them with the tools and
support needed to succeed in life after high school. That’s why, on April 16th and
17th, your teen will have the opportunity to take the PSAT/SAT® in school, during
the regular school day so that:
- They’re more comfortable and confident testing in a familiar place.
- You don’t have to worry about the logistics of getting your teen to a test
center.
- There’s no juggling of weekend responsibilities or disruptions to family time.
In addition, Summer School will be held from June 2nd-26, Monday-Thursday. There will be office hours and support for students from 8-8:30am. Students will be in class from 8:30am-12:30pm. Students will be off on Thursday, June 19.
